In recent years, the typology of the art museum has commonly taken the place of the chapel as the new public forum. Therefore, it was key for us to design the New Contemporary Art Wing for Museo del arte Lima so that becomes an iconic open forum for visitors to experience and understand current art practices in South America and the vast historical collection of the museum.
